Lowe & Magnus worked together 1995 at Sjöfartshusets festvåningar, and kept in touch as the years passed. 2012 they had the honor and privilege to take over and run the business as the fourth owner of Sjöfartshusets festvåningar since 1958.
About Magnus and Lower
Magnus Jonasson has worked in the kitchen at many famous restaurants in Stockholm, Copenhagen and New York. He then went on to educate himself to become a sommelier at Restaurangakademin. He now works in the dining hall with his biggest passion.
Lowe Karlsson is an experienced chef, and has developed the menu together with his kitchen team over a long period of time at Sjöfartshuset. They have planned and carried out about 400 wedding dinners. Before that, he has worked at a high-class restaurant in France. He has a burning interest in food and deserts, and was offered a spot in the tv-program Dessertmästarna 2018.
To be able to focus on the restaurant, Magnus and Lowe use Talenom to handle accounting, bookkeeping and support in growing their business.
